Cross approached Shadow Lion to really tell this story for the first time. We focused on the brand’s heart by unpacking the history and wisdom of this long-running family business.

More importantly, we gave the content an authentic tone—light-hearted, emotional, and different from traditional insurance content—showing the company’s evolution through a human lens.
